Green TT – High-Density Spring Mattress

Green is designed to deliver extra-firm support without compromising comfort. It features a luxurious quilted cover made from premium threads, layered with virgin thermal fiber and dual layers of high-density foam on each side.

At its core is a heavy-duty interconnected spring unit made of approx. 200 high-tension tempered steel coils per m², each 18 cm tall — built with enhanced pressure resistance and reinforced with a 5 mm steel border for lasting durability. The spring system is wrapped in moisture-resistant felt and topped with 3 cm thick high-density foam (28 kg/m³) on both sides.

The mattress edges are surrounded by dense foam rails for full-perimeter support. Produced using state-of-the-art German machinery and bonded with imported HOTMELT adhesives — Green is made to last longer, feel stronger, and support better.
